Ritenere l'amore!

Italian for “feeling the love” (Italian in honor of my lil’ niece Kaity). My heart is so full, for all of you love, exercise and support! I have had my first four treatments, and they went well. My ears are still adjusting, things sound a little rice-crispyish but that should end during the next week. My vision is starting to change, I will probably become really near sited by the end of next week but that will also correct itself. I had surgery yesterday and it went really well. There was only one time last week I started to feel a little anxious about being in the tube, and I just closed my eyes and started to go through the list of all of you who are shaking your booty for me. It made me feel so happy and as I suspected, I totally calmed down. I really want to talk with each of you, but I am a little confused about blog etiquette so look below for your individual posts (coming today sometime). Love you all and thank you so much for what you are doing for me!!!
Amy
PS. Make sure to click on full screen on the slide show on the right. We get frozen fog here, we have never seen it before, it is amazing.

  2. These comments are to Chris from his favorite mother-in law (or as he referes to me when I am not around) his favorite MOTHER-BY-LAW! AMY: There are things that are from MY heart to Chris and I do not want you to keel over from laughter if you read this. These things I know to be true. Seriously, Chris, I just wanted to tell you how blessed I feel that Amy has you. I just wanted you to know I love you very much not just because of your wit and good looks (you really are witty though). I always know that Amy`s health, well being and all the love you give her is genuine, never ending and deep from the very bottom of your heart and soul. I am certain, without a doubt, that this is very, very difficult for you to watch her go through and I know her recovery from all of this would not ever be as successful without you. Also, I wanted you to know I am so blessed to have you as my buddy-in-law. I have so much fun when we are around each other and I know you do too. (OH, YES YOU DO YOUNG MAN!!!!!) I love all of your family and I know they love you so much and are so proud of you too. Luke and Mackenzie are so blessed to have you two for parents. I know Luke has confided with me that he wants to be just like you when he grows up and that is happening so fast. He has said to me on many occasions when we just chat that he really looks up to you and wants learn from you. I believe he said it this way "With Dad the greatest underdeveloped territory he has in the world lies under his hat". Is that not just precious?? You and Amy have conqured many obsticals. (Damm, where is spell check!!). So you are so loved by many and as you have helped me with some of my mole hills I will never forget the words of your great wisdom when you have told me "Nana, Success comes in cans, not cannots"!! Lots of love, Kay "The Most Important Thing A Father Can Do For His Children Is To Love Their Mother"

  3. So I am not a Yoga woman, and instead caught a Jillian Michaels (from The Biggest Loser) home workout circuit that I like. Glad the surgery went well, do not feel bad about no phone calls. We visited Payton and Olivia today, and left some balloons. It has been 2 years for us, and time truly does heal, as does this precious baby named Maxxwell. He does not replace, but he adds to. I know that you understand. Love ya! Keep strong, I know that you will win!
